National Health Service (NHS) - Social Recruitment Campaign
There has been a big struggle to attract nurses and midwives back to the NHS. It is important, now more than ever, to attract these professionals back to work and help reduce the increased demand on resources heightened by Covid-19.
The NHS were looking for a campaign with a clear message, featuring mostly text. They were disinclined to the use of imagery. I was the sole designer for this project.
Innovators’ Compass
The initial research included a team of 10 who individually reached out to medical professionals (nurses and midwifes primarily) to help understand why there are not enough nurses, why a nurse would not return to work, and why a nurse would return to work.
The innovators compass is a great brainstorming tool to help ‘Center on People’, ‘Discover Observations’, ‘Define Principles’, ‘Dream Ideas’, and ‘Design Experiments’.

A different message with imagery…
